After rain comes shine (hurt)

Hi everyone,  am back with my first  post and today  am going to be talking about  hurt. Yes that bad, sharp feeling of pain we all feel in our hearts.

Why do we all feel hurt when something happens to us? Apart from getting  any part of our physical body injured,  been betrayed hurts more especially when caused  by people we love. ( family, friends, besties, bff's) through gossip, false allegation /accusation.  A lot of people has been hurt differently by people least expected.  I totally understand the frustration and sadness that comes with it and most times as human it changes our perspective towards others. But as Christians If our lord jesus christ was betrayed then we are nothing. always remember you are  beautiful from  the  inside to the outside.  And it takes only the brave at heart to survive any situation life  can throw, never dwell by your past but use it as a guide because what does not kill only makes stronger.

1) Never allow anyone action of the past determine your present, Be your self  and stay vigilant.

2) Never expect much from people, that you show love does not mean you will get love in return.

3) Speak positive to your self, take minutes and  stir into mirrows, speak positivity into your self.

4)Self love, yes very important that "YOU"  love  yourself  because no matter who ever decides to leave your life tomorrow,  your self and family is all you got.

Do not be surprised or sad when people are no longer what there used to be Because we  all are  humans and one thing constant is "CHANGE".
